Case Studies & FAQ's

How much might I receive?

Typical awards (excluding claims for loss of earnings, travel expenses, care and assistance etc).

  • Minor, lasting only a few weeks - £750.00 - £1,250.00
  • Minor, lasting 1 year - £2,000.00 - £2,500.00
  • Moderate, lasting 1 year to 18 months - £2,500.00 - £3,500.00
  • Moderate, 2 years and minor continuing - £3,750.00 - £4,500.00
  • Moderate, permanent £5,000.00 - £8,000.00
  • Serious, 3 years and continuing minor - £8,000.00 - £14,000.00
  • Severe, permanent up to a maximum of £86,500.00

The above figures are to compensate for the injury alone. Most cases will involve awards for additional losses that far outweigh the injury award. For example if you were unable to work for 5 years as a result of injuries in an accident, an additional award would be made to compensate for 5 years lost income.
