We have just settled a claim for Mr B. He was Injured at work when a laundry cage of soiled laundry fell from a tail lift and fractured his ankle.

Liability was not admitted by the Defendants and the claim involved various complex issues.

The claim was originally valued by our barrister at circa £20,000.  We eventually settled the claim for £170,000 as the injury did not settle as the medical expert originally envisaged.
