Neck Injuries

There are a wide range of neck injuries, many are found in conjunction with back and shoulder problems.

At the highest level are injuries which shatter lives and leave Claimant’s very severely disabled. These may have a potential value of up to £86,500.00.

At the lowest level Claimant’s may suffer a minor strain, may not have had any time off work and may suffer symptoms for only a few weeks, justifying as little as £750.00.

It is almost impossible after an accident to try to predict for how long neck symptoms are going to last. Some symptoms improve spontaneously whereas others linger or indeed become worse over time.

If neck symptoms remain significant or actually deteriorate:-
