No Win No Fee

You may already have insurance that will cover Solicitors fees. It is unlikely that you will be aware if this is the case - very few people are.

We will check to see if you have insurance cover (car insurance, home/contents insurance policies sometimes provide it as an extra benefit) and if you are insured they will pay our fees provided that you have reasonable prospects of success and comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

If you do not have insurance cover do not worry. We will deal with your claim under a NO WIN - NO FEE AGREEMENT.

The agreement means:

a. We will pay for disbursements (medical report fees, insurance premiums, etc) on your behalf.

b. If you win your case:

i. Our costs will be paid by the other side
ii. We will be paid a success fee by the other side - on top of our costs.
iii. There will be no deductions from your compensation.

c. If you lose your case:

i. You will not have our costs to pay
ii. We will have arranged for appropriate insurance cover to be taken out to protect you from being personally liable for your opponents costs.

d. Your only obligation is to co-operate with us. A full explanation will be provided prior to you being invited to enter into a No win - no fee agreement with us. All initial work is provided free of charge.
